Ismail Ahmed is a seasoned banker and a serial entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in various facets of the finance industry, especially in credit and all real estate lending verticals. A notable career with four prominent banks in NYC, Ismail has played pivotal roles in fostering organizational growth amidst ever-changing financial landscapes. His time in banking also exposed him to the dearth of technology in the lending industry and the underrepresentation of minorities, which has significantly influenced his perspective and goals

Having made his journey from Bangladesh, Ismail is committed to supporting communities through financial and credit literacy programs. He currently resides in Queens, NY with his wife and three children.


Kulvinder (Vin) Saini | Co-Founder| COO

Vin Saini is a dynamic and creative professional with over 22 years of exemplary experience in Business Development, Optimizing Processes, Customer Relationship Management, Budgetary Control, and Business Operations.

Graduated with honors from Delhi University, Vin is also a gold medalist in lean and six sigma green belt and a Microsoft certified professional.


Sumit Rajpal | Co-Founder

With over 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Sumit has achieved significant success. Growing up in India and relocating to the US in 1999, he has cultivated a deep understanding of the mortgage industry by progressing through various operational roles. This journey has equipped him with an intimate knowledge of loan structuring, sales team satisfaction, and the challenges faced by mortgage professionals.

Currently, Sumit serves as the Branch Manager of Allied Mortgage Group in the New York City area, a company recognized as one of the fastest-growing mortgage firms in the nation.
